George Rogers Clark was an American surveyor, soldier, military officer, and founder of Louisville, Kentucky, who served during the American Revolutionary War. He is the older brother of William Clark, who is famous for his explorations the the American West, in particular the Pacific Northwest during the Lewis and Clark Expedition.

The Ohio River Greenway connects, bikers and walkers to a series of parks along the way, including the Falls of the Ohio, the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Park, and the Loop Island Wetlands.
