Memorial Hall, completed in 1929, was built on the University of Kentucky Campus, to commemorate those who died during World War I. Its construction was funded largely through individual donations to the university, collected over a 10 year period. Today it serves as a lecture hall, a site for graduation ceremonies for different colleges within the university.
