In the distance one can see the city lights of Bountiful and Centerville, and the reflections of the sky off the still waters of the Great Salt Lake and Farmington Bay. Along the horizon, the peaks of Antelope Island, and those of the Stansbury and Oquirrh Mountains are visible.

Also visible is the Mormon Tabernacle completed in 1867, and home to the famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
The last rays of the sun reflect off skyscraper buildings, even the first light of evening appear in the temple’s spires.
