A beautiful new yellow condominium development on the banks of the Ohio River, on the border of Indiana and Kentucky, in the town of Rising Sun. Rising Sun is a rural community in southern Indiana, a state known for its affordable housing market, and reasonable real estate prices. This is especially true in small towns outside the nearby major metropolitan areas of Cincinnati, Ohio, Louisville, Kentucky and of course Indianapolis.
Cincinnati’s Sawyer Point Park and Yeatman’s Cove – Ohio
Two people sit alone on the curved edge of a large amphitheater made up of numerous concrete steps, creating a pattern of lines, curves and shadows. The scene is captured in black and white, emphasizing the geometric shapes and the solitary couple amidst the expansive structure.
This amphitheater is frequently used during the spring, fall, and summer as outdoor space for concerts, festivals, and other events along the Cincinnati waterfront by the Ohio River.
A special entrance to the historic Times-Star Building, reserved for paperboys (newsboys). The Times-Star building was built in 1931, and was owned by the Cincinnati-based newspaper of the same name. The newspaper, owned by the Taft family, operated out of the building until 1974.
