Throughout the medieval old town of Fussen, Germany, the visitor is greeted with ornately decorated merchant signs, indicating the current business or the type of business that historically occupied the building. This shop was a factory that dyed, and washed fabrics. Fussen is located in the southern state of Bavaria, on the north side of the Bavarian Alps.
