A towering statue of Superman stands heroically with its hands on its hips, donning the iconic red cape and blue costume with the distinctive “S” emblem on its chest. Situated outdoors, the sculpture is set against the backdrop of a building, and the pedestal includes the inscription “TRUTH – JUSTICE – THE AMERICAN WAY”.
Cave-In-Rock is a 55 foot wide natural limestone cave carved by water from the Ohio River thousands of years ago. Cave-In-Rock is located near a town of the same name, in the extreme south east corner of Illinois next to the states of Indiana and Kentucky.

The metal structure of the arch features decorative elements, including a vintage boat steering wheel, which highlights Jeffersonville’s past as a center of boat manufacturing, at the Jeffboat shipyards on the Ohio River, which were founded back in 1834 by James Howard.
